Who is NJAPEO? NJAPEO represents more than 20 PEOs located in our state servicing more than 3,000 small businesses with over 50,000 co-employees. Our member firms provide numerous valuable services to both the small business community and the constituents of New Jersey and its surrounding states. Members of our association must comply with the rigorous standards and a professional code of ethics. They must all maintain membership in good standing with the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations NAPEO NJAPEO members assure that their small business clients are in compliance with the many regulations that are imposed by Federal, State and local governments. This is done while enabling our clients to reduce costs and remain in competitive. The association has been deeply involved in the regulatory process during the past several years, providing insight into our industry, furnishing data and promoting state oversight. We assist our members in meeting our goal of strict adherence to governing regulations. Further, we have regularly met with various regulatory bodies for the purpose of establishing mutually beneficial channels of communication and have recently passed a PEO regulatory bill codifying the PEO industry in the state. The current and past presidents of NJAPEO as well as the entire board of directors are volunteer business people whose mission is to promote this young and growing industry.
Our MissionNAPEO's mission is to inform and educate its members and the public, and provide a forum for the exchange of ideas on issues that affect the PEO industry in New Jersey; to be the catalyst with the legislative and regulatory environment and promote recognition and advancement of the PEO industry.
